Request for Expression of Interest (Call for CVs for an Individual Consultant to Conduct a Members Capacity Needs Assessment

The objective of the assignment detailed in the TORS for Capacity Needs Assessment (click link to download) is to produce one overall capacity development plan that will be used to strengthen our huge admiration for our work with Members, partners, coalitions, governments, traditional leaders and civil society organizations across Africa. The Consultant will work closely with FEMNET Secretariat to conduct Capacity Building Needs Assessment for FEMNET member Organizations selected from five regions of Africa and to develop a capacity building plan based on the identified needs. The Capacity Assessment will mainly focus (but not limited to) in the areas of policy advocacy and influencing, communication skills including use of ICTs, gender analysis and macro-economic policy frameworks, organizational development, project development and management including monitoring, evaluation and learning, resource mobilization and financial management. The duration of the assignment will be twenty (20) working days from the date of contract signature.
