Here are some things that you should not tell a person battling with a migraine episode:

Suggesting medicines

Never tell someone going thru a bout of migraine about a medicine that your aunt’s cousin who has a sister with a migraine tried this medicine that you can buy from the pharmacy around the corner. Most likely they have heard of that medicine. Most likely they have tried it and it did not work.

Wishing it away

Do not tell a person with migraine that they can wish away their migraine. Again, there is a 100% chance that they wish it to be gone every time they have an attack but wishing it away never worked for them.

You know how it goes

Never sympathize by saying that you know what they are going thru. Most likely you do not have idea of the kind of pain they are going thru. According to people with migraine, it is even worse than giving child birth.

Food triggers

Do not lie to people with migraine about what is in the food you are serving them. Tell them if you used MSG and be honest. Anything which may trigger their migraine will most likely trigger their migraine. It is not fun that you have to wait for the food to pass thru your system before the pain goes away if it even goes away that quickly. They might enjoy the food without knowing but the consequence is sure no fun.

Social aspects

Migraine attacks can be quite crippling so it is often to meet someone who cannot do anything because of an episode. Please be understanding that some things might get the migraine to go worse. People with migraine know what worsens the problem so it is best to help them by understanding them.

Pregnancy could be a totally different experience for many women and in fact, the feeling could be really out of this world because of many reasons; it could either be good or bad both. When you are thinking about getting pregnant you should know that there would be a lot of changes going on with both your body and mentality. At the time of pregnancy, you would not only be bearing a baby inside you but you would be making yourself well prepared for future experiences and responsibilities at the same time as well. Just when you get pregnant, you should know that taking care of yourself is the utmost thing you need to perform.

Pregnancy care has its own benefits and compelling aspects; it would have constructive results on your baby’s health and it would also make sure that you have a better health and body tone after you have given birth to your baby. If you stay careless during your pregnancy months, you would be putting your life at risk in an indirect manner.

To begin with the pregnancy care method, you would need to take plenty of rest. This task should be performed no matter what routine you have and how old you are because resting is significant for your baby’s development. During pregnancy, sometimes you would feel all energized and excited for the things that you have to do while the next moment, tiredness and exhaustion would take over you leading to muscle fatigue and sleepiness. The conditions would be unpredictable so you should rest as much as you can.

If you are at home and not working anytime during your pregnancy, you should try and get plenty of sleep but that doesn’t mean you need to continue doing that the whole time. You can sit around, read useful books and use the computer for movies and documentaries as well.

Diet and food routine also matters when it comes to pregnancy care. You shouldn’t be eating fatty foods. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and cereals with legumes and lentils because they have all the essential and vital proteins, minerals and vitamins that your baby needs in order to grow and develop in a healthy manner, which helps you to avoid most maternal health issues. Avoid smoking and alcoholism as it can cause miscarriage and still births in last stages of pregnancy (if you have addiction issues, please visit The Addiction Treatment Site for more info). Lastly, exercises are something that must also be included in the pregnancy care regime as well.
