Here are some things that you should not tell a person battling with a migraine episode:</p>
<h3>Suggesting medicines</h3>
<p>Never tell someone going thru a bout of migraine about a medicine that your aunt&#8217;s cousin who has a sister with a migraine tried this medicine that you can buy from the pharmacy around the corner. Most likely they have heard of that medicine. Most likely they have tried it and it did not work.</p>
<h3>Wishing it away</h3>
<p>Do not tell a person with migraine that they can wish away their migraine. Again, there is a 100% chance that they wish it to be gone every time they have an attack but wishing it away never worked for them.</p>
<h3>You know how it goes</h3>
<p>Never sympathize by saying that you know what they are going thru. Most likely you do not have idea of the kind of pain they are going thru. According to people with migraine, it is even worse than giving child birth.</p>
<h3>Food triggers</h3>
<p>Do not lie to people with migraine about what is in the food you are serving them. Tell them if you used MSG and be honest. Anything which may trigger their migraine will most likely trigger their migraine. It is not fun that you have to wait for the food to pass thru your system before the pain goes away if it even goes away that quickly. They might enjoy the food without knowing but the consequence is sure no fun.</p>
<h3>Social aspects</h3>
<p>Migraine attacks can be quite crippling so it is often to meet someone who cannot do anything because of an episode. Please be understanding that some things might get the migraine to go worse. People with migraine know what worsens the problem so it is best to help them by understanding them.</p>

Stress is not healthy because it doesn’t affect your body alone; after a consistent amount of time you would be getting cardiac diseases and allergies along with some other ailments and disorders as well. In such situations, you need to be careful not to let yourself down, instead of feeling frustrated and pressurized, you should deal with stress in an appropriate manner by taking necessary actions. So, just for your concern, in this piece of writing, I have decided to share some home based actions which you can take in order to deal with your stress in an effective manner.</p>
<p>Whenever you feel stressed, consider going for a walk for about 15 to 20 minutes. Walking is natural and when you would get fresh air from your surrounding, it would provide your mind with a feel of relaxation and comfort.</p>
<p>Writing is another natural remedy to deal with stress related conditions. If you want, you could make a journal or notebook about the things that you want to write separately because writing is really therapeutic for some people. You could write about your thoughts and feelings whenever you feel strained and stressed out. While writing, you can also think about solutions and possible outcomes of the foreseen future plans you have.</p>
<p>Laughter helps, a lot! It is probably the best medication available for the purpose of dealing with stressful conditions. Naturally, you would feel light and perpetual about yourself when you laugh for a while. Staying positive would also become easier for you when you laugh often as well.</p>
