In March 2019, here  are some key advocacy platforms at regional and global levels that we invite you to follow/ engage with so as to ensure African women’s and girls priorities contribute and influence the outcomes.

UN Headquarters, New York
Theme: Social protection systems, access to public services and sustainable infrastructure for gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.
Representatives of Member States, UN entities, and ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from all regions of the world are expected to attend the session. Read More
FEMNET members will be attending CSW63, co-hosting side events and the African Women’s Caucus which provides a platform to not only reflect and share learnings on the theme of the CSW, but also facilitates and amplifies Africa women’s priorities and ‘key asks’ for lobbying the final Agreed Conclusions.
