Josephine is a feminist and defender of human and women rights with over 7 years of  flawless experience in results based and feminist monitoring evaluation and learning, human rights based approaches to development, women rights programming and policy influencing for gender responsive public services. Josephine holds a master’s degree in project planning and management from the University of Nairobi, a bachelor’s degree in community development and public relations from Daystar University and Professional M&E Certification from Kenya Institute of Management, alongside other professional training on women’s rights, leadership and management.She leads and coordinates programme and project monitoring, evaluation and learning at FEMNET.
