Update on African Women in Political Leadership I

This is the first quarterly update on African Women in Political Leadership compiled by FEMNET. 2011 was an extraordinary year with over 20 presidential, legislative, and local elections all over the continent including in: Cape Verde, CAR, Nigeria, Benin, Tunisia, Egypt, Zambia, Cameroon, Senegal, Uganda, Gambia, Liberia & DRC among others.
