One on One: Reuben Phiri
Reuben Phiri represented Malawi as he climbed the highest mountain on the African continent, Mt. Kilimanjaro
How was the Climb?
Very tough, but I made it!
Lessons Learnt?
I don’t know where to start. It was amazing to see all of us from very different countries and backgrounds get along with each other and build a support network. I think that is very important. It was a wonderful experience.
I will never tolerate any VAW/G. I will be at the forefront to mobilize my fellow youth for freedom of girls!
He gives a message of unity to end all forms of VAW in Chewa.
