RWN supports and works with over 52 grassroots associations and cooperatives that cater for over 4,000 people each within their communities in eighteen districts in Rwanda, working on research-based advocacy on gender equality issues such as women’s economic empowerment, healthcare.

Young Women’s Christian Association of Rwanda (YWCA) is an award-winning non-governmental, non-profit organization that works at the grassroots level. It is a membership organization for women and girls. YWCA works to develop the leadership and collective power of women and girls in Rwanda to achieve high quality education, health and socio-economic conditions for themselves, their families, and their communities.
